Merchants shall not use ZenPay for any activity that:

• Violates Malaysian laws or applicable international laws.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Facilitates fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Distributes malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious software.
• Conducts phishing or identity theft.

2. Restricted Businesses

ZenPay may refuse or terminate services for businesses involving:

• Adult entertainment
• Gambling or betting
• Illegal drugs
• Weapons or ammunition
• Counterfeit products
• Pyramid or Ponzi schemes
• Cryptocurrency-related services (unless approved)
• Money laundering activities
• Tobacco or vaping products (subject to approval)
• High-risk financial services

3. Fraud Prevention

ZenPay reserves the right to:

• Suspend transactions
• Request additional verification
• Delay settlements
• Report suspicious activities to authorities

4. Enforcement

Violation of this Policy may result in:

• Account suspension
• Account termination
• Settlement withholding
