Common Questions

To become a merchant with ZenPay, your business or organization must be legally registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia or the Malaysian Organizations Commission.

Transactions are categorized into two types: personal account transactions and corporate account transactions. For personal accounts, each transaction must be between RM10.00 and RM30,000.00. For corporate accounts, each transaction must range from RM10.00 to RM1,000,000.00.

The settlement time depends on the package selected by the merchant. For the Starter package, funds are settled to the merchant's bank account within 30 to 60 minutes after a withdrawal request is made. For the Business package, settlement takes place in real time as soon as the transaction is successfully completed.

No, a merchant does not need an e-commerce site. ZenPay provides built-in sales tools within the Merchant Access platform that can be used instead.

If a transaction fails, merchants can access a real-time transaction report in Merchant Access, which provides details on the reason for the failure.
